GAM0 is committed to transparently explaining what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights over your data.
What Data We Process and Why
As a free gaming platform without user registrations, the data we process is minimal. We process:
- IP Addresses & User Agents: Temporarily for security, spam prevention, and server diagnostics.
- Cookies: For site functionality (e.g., remembering your cookie consent) and for displaying relevant advertising via Google AdSense.
Our legal basis for processing this data is Legitimate Interest for security logs, and Consent for advertising cookies.

Under the GDPR, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
- The Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
- The Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.

- The Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for cookies at any time via your browser settings.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Because we do not have user accounts, we currently have extremely limited ways of linking a specific user to specific server logs. However, if you wish to exercise any of your GDPR rights, please email us directly. We will respond to your request within one month.
To submit a request, contact: arsoobloch22@gmail.com.
Data Retention Periods
Standard server security logs (which may contain IP addresses) are routinely deleted or anonymized within 30 to 90 days. Basic site preference cookies generally expire within 1 year or until you clear your browser cache.
Third-Party Processors
GAM0 relies on trusted third-party partners to provide services. These partners act as Data Processors and have their own stringent compliance measures:
- Google AdSense: For generating advertising revenue to keep the site free.
- GameMonetize: For rendering the interactive game content.
Supervisory Authority
If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection in your country of residence.
